We geared up, me with boots waaay to big as they didn't have the right size! We met Ulright, you know my thoughts on that matter. (Let me take a moment.............)
We spent the first 2 hrs in lessons, lunch, 1 final hour with Ulright, then Felicity and I were left to fend for ourselves on a huge drop on to a curvey bit. Curves?! Drop?! Ulright didn't teach us that!

I spent most of my time on my ass but loving it. We had a nice base of soft soft powder and so landing on it wasn't so bad.

End of Day 1
In huge need of some rest and relaxation, we decided to visit the Ziva Wellness Centre. This was free for us staying at the Golf Apartments and boy was it great! A huge pool, 2 spas, waterfall and outdoor pool and great water-slide. Our muscles and hungover bodies deserved a much needed soak.
Learning a lesson from the previous night, we all had an early rest for a 8am bus the next day at Kravec mountain. Kravec rocked. A lot better than Vogel in terms of runs and facilities. I got new gear, which actually fitted me, and made friends with the ski shop man who was sad I was leaving tomorrow and wanted to come back to Australia with me! Aren't the Slovenian's nice?!
I had a great day on the mountain and realised that the gear made a HUGE difference to my ability! I was not looking forward to the next day back at Vogel

That night I had a facial from the Welness Center and throughly enjoyed that.
Diane crashed out and so the immature ones hit the pub one last time for some fun. We went past the karaoke place - hilarious, but too loud and full of big drunk Slovenian men. Who eventually found their way to the pub and began talking to us, thanks Felicity!! I had a riveting conversation with a guy about scorpions and left early to be ready for my 11am body treatment at the Wellness Centre. Eastern European prices, oh yeah!
