Today I created my iProfile for the UK recruiters.
Thankfully my Glotel guy uploaded my CV so a lot of the profile selections were made for me.
This exposes me, a very detailed list of my skills and my CV to a number of recruitment agencies. It is in a format that the recruitment industry has adopted as a standard.
I hope this thing gets me a job, it can't hurt, especially when you've got nothing to do at work.
The website is lacking in navigation, it forces you to go through all the steps of setting up your profile before it'll let you go to the 'My Home' page which has the useful stuff on it to tell you what you're worth.
We'll see how it goes and I'll update this blog if it becomes fruitful.
