I managed to schedule the appointment despite having to move house over that period of time.
I've been there before with Carmen for the free mini facial so I knew the drill. Once again I got the woman who I couldn't understand (accent) and I tried to make as little conversation with her as possible. Last time I almost says yes to buying stuff because I couldn't understand her!
